Day 1 Depart Vancouver for Bangkok
via Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific.
Day 2 Bangkok
Arrival transfer to hotel.
Day 3 Bangkok- Nakorn Chaisri River -Ayutthaya ˇV Uthai Thani
Pick up from hotel and drive to Nakorn Chaisri. Visit an orchid farm. Then board on a converted rice barge at Lampaya temple. Enjoy an hour river cruise on Nakorn Chaisri River. See water vegetable plantations, water birds and Thai way of lives along the riverside. Continue to Ayuthaya to visit the historical ruins. Then to Uthai Thani visit the biggest temple of Central Thailand ˇ§ Wat Tasungˇ¨ with its amazing crystal hall. Then visit the local market on Sakaekrang River side before checking in at the Country Lake Nature Lodge.
Day 4 Uthai Thani - Hub Patad - Sukhothai
Journey to Hub Patad Cave. Surrounded by old limestone mountains, the hidden forest of rare big palm trees found in the time of ˇ§Jurassic Parkˇ¨ is waiting for you to explore. Then visit a waterfall at Klonglan National Park in Kamphaeng Phet. Drive to Sukhothai, overnight at Sukhothai Pailyn Hotel.
Day 5 Sukhothai - Phrae - Phayao - Chiang Rai
Visit the historical park of Sukhothai, the first capital of Thailand. Continue to Phrae, visit one of Thailandˇ¦s biggest house made of teakwood and Wat Phra That Cho Hae with its golden pagoda. Further to Chiang Rai via Phayao with a short break at the Lake of Kwan Phayao. Late evening arrive in Chiang Rai.
Day 6 Golden Triangle- Mae Sai- Chiang Mai
Drive to Chiang Saen, visit the Golden Triangle and the Opium Museum. Then to Mae Sai to explore the market at the Thai-Burmese border. Afternoon further on to Chiang Mai, visit a handicraft village to see silk weaving, wood carving and umbrella making. Overnight in Chiang Mai
Day 7 Chiang Mai - Elephant Camp- Doi Suthep
After breakfast, trip to Mae Sa Valley to see elephants at work at an elephant camp. Continue to one of the biggest orchid and butterfly farms of Chiang Mai. Afternoon, visit Wat Phratat Doi Suthep, the most famous temple in Chiang Mai. Evening enjoy a traditional Kantoke Dinner and Northern Thai dances. Overnight in Chiang Mai.
Day 08 Chiang Mai ˇV Bangkok - Pattaya
Transfer to airport for flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival transfers to Pattaya.
Day 09 ˇV11
Free days at leisure or join optional tours.
Day 12 Pattaya ˇV Bangkok by coach.
Day 13 Bangkok
Seat-in-coach half-day City & Temple Tour.
Day 14 Bangkok
Free day at leisure.
