Day 01 Canada (Vancouver) – Shanghai
Depart from your home city to Shanghai via Beijing.
Day 02 Shanghai
Arrive Shanghai, meet and transfer to the hotel.
Day 03 Shanghai (B/L/D)
Full day tour including Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum, Xintiandi Area and the Bund. Lunch included. Acrobatic show and dinner in the evening.
Day 04 Shanghai – Suzhou – Shanghai (B/L)
Bus excursion to Suzhou, Visit Garden of Net Master, Lingering Garden, the Grand Canal, Silk factory and local markets. Return to Shanghai.
Day 05 Shanghai – Chengdu (B/L)
Morning flight to Chengdu. Visit the Wide and Narrow Lanes and Jinli Old Town. Lunch included.
Day 06 Chengdu (B/L)
Visit the Giant Panda Breeding Centre and Dujiangyan Irrigation System. Lunch included.
Day 07 Chengdu - Lhasa (B/L/SD)
Upon arrival Lhasa, transfer to Zedang by coach. Visit the Mindroling Monastery. Lunch and dinner in hotel.
Day 08 Zedang – Lhasa (B/L/D)
Visit Yumbulagang, Tradruk Temple. After lunch, transfer to Lhasa by coach. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 09 Lhasa (B/L/D)
Visit Potala Palace, Tibet Traditional Hospital, Anitsamkhum Nunnery. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 10 Lhasa (B/L/D)
Visit Jokhang Temple, Norbulinka, Barskhor Street. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 11 Lhasa (B/L/D)
Full day Yamdrok Yumtso tour. Drive to Yumdruleyamtso Lake with picnic lunch by the lakeside (depending on weather condition) and a local family visit on the way back.
Day 12 Lhasa - Xining (B)
Take the holy train (Sky Rail) and enjoy the beautiful views across the Tibetan Plateau.
Day13 Xining - Beijing (L)
Upon arrival in Xining, enjoy a local style foot massage and refresh before flying to Beijing. Meet and transfer to the hotel.
Day 14 Beijing (B/L)
Full day visit the Temple of Heaven (watch the local people doing Tai Chi). Then visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace. Pearl Workshop visit en-route.
Day 15 Beijing (B/L)
Full day visit to the Shaolin Kungfu Training School (or Scared Way) and Great Wall. Photo stop at eh Bird Nest and Water Cube if time allows. Jade Workshop visit en-route.
Day 16 Beijing – Canada (B)
Free for leisure until transfer to the airport for homeward flight.
